Characteristics of

Decorama’s Natural Engineered

And

Exclusive Parquet

  • Decorama’s hard wood floor consists of ready-to-lay three layers flooring boards and tiles with a factory-pre-finished (6 layers scratch resistant UV Acrylic), and with beveled or un-beveled edges.

  • Installed using a tongue and groove system and fixed directly on any clean, stable, and leveled sub-floor.

  • Decorama’s Parquet tiles are installed using tongues and grooves that are manufactured using CNC routing machines to assure precise dimensions and angles.

  • The boards are glued directly to the leveled sub-floor in full spread very strong water free bi-component epoxy-polyurethane adhesive.

  • All used timber layers have been protected against insects and fungal attack using the “pressure treatment with metal free preservatives and water repellents system”; the addition of water repellents provides extra dimensional stability when the timber is exposed to moisture or humidity.

Other benefits of the treatment:

  • Environmental advanced metal free preservatives.

  • Contains only biodegradable active ingredients.

  • Organic solvent based, ideal for preservation of external joinery.

  • Water repellent formulation available for added dimensional stability.

  • Full protection against fungal and insect attack, including termites.

  • Superior control or in-service disfiguring blue stain fungal attack.

  • Conforms to new European standards for treatment of construction and joinery timber.
